Xerox Purchase Incentive Program

For every $2,250.00 you spend on select Xerox compatible cartridges for HP Color and Brother Laser Printers, Xerox will give you a $100 American Express Gift Card. Program is based on your purchases (net of returns) from Arlington between January 1st through March 30th, 2011. Please download the Q1 Program Details flyer for more information.

Also available is the claim form for the Q4 Purchase Incentive Program that ended December 30th. 2011 Please be sure you have completed the correct form for redemption and include copies of your qualifying invoices (NOTE: Claims without actual copies of qualifying invoices will be denied), and always reserve a copy of your submission as well as proof of submission (If faxing, please save a copy of the "send receipt" from your fax machine. If mailing, we strongly encourage you to mail your claim forms and invoices via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (not Certified Return Receipt or any other form requiring a signature) and maintain your tracking information in case your submission is lost. Deadline for claims for Q4 is January 31st, 2012. Claims submitted after that date will not be honored..
