In addition to establishing a new account, potential customers will need to fill out a copy our credit application. Based on how you would like your account set up with Arlington, please provide information on the application as follows:
For Net-30 Terms: Complete the top half of the credit application form, provide 3-4 trade references within our industry, a bank reference and have an owner or officer of the company sign the bottom of the application. Fax the completed application to your Sales Representative, with a copy of your resale certificate.
For COD: Complete the top half of the credit application form and provide a bank reference. Have an owner or an officer of the company sign the bottom of the application. Fax the completed application to your Sales Representative, with a copy of your resale certificate.
For Credit Card: Complete the top half of the credit application form and have an owner or officer of the company sign the bottom of the application. Write "Credit Card Account" in the middle of the form. Fax the completed application to your Sales Representative, with a copy of your resale certificate.
